-Plan and design upscale social and corporate events, specializing in couture weddings. Create spreadsheets custom designed to each client to maintain budgets, event details, BEOs, detailed timelines and much more. Negotiate contracts with venues and vendors on behalf of my clients. Create over the top, customized experiences for clients and their guests at each event. 
-Participated in the Engage Wedding Summit twice yearly since 2013. Planned all events and logistics for Engage at the Four Seasons Resort Orlando November 2015.

Developed and maintained strategic profit planning and budgeting by examining Monthly PNL ledgers and creating extensive reporting tools. Sustain a high profitability by watching expense budgets and driving the sales team to surpass store goals. Led the Sales Support team to surpass the company benchmark for the 60% charge rate for 2011.
